Geoff talked tonight about that fact that your life sends a message. It's not just the words you say but people, your friends, are watching you every day. In that lies a huge responsibility.
Tonight we had you place a piece of duct tape over your mouth and asked each Jr. Higher, "If you weren't able to speak about Christ, would your friends know that your a Christ Follower, would they know that you are trying to be like Christ by your actions?". What would your answer be to that question?

What does that passage say to you?
What do you think it means to 'pick up your cross daily and follow Him?'
As I read it, I see Jesus speaking more about us taking action as we follow Him and not much about speaking?
How LOUD can you LIVE for Him each day? What steps are you going to take starting today, tomorrow and the next day that will SHOW people Christ by your lifestyle?

Well... really what it says is dont give up your religion or sell your soul in other words just to have what you want or what you want other people to have
